We do not have a physical store, we only sell online. We deliver your order to your door for R149,95 or for free when your order total comes to R500.00 or more.

How soon is my order dispatched?

Orders are prepared and dispatched to the courier company as soon as we have received your order and payment has been confirmed. A tracking code for your parcel will be sent to you via email within 12HRS after your order & payment has been confirmed.

Delivery locations & estimated time of delivery

The Blossom delivers to anywhere within South Africa and It takes up to 72 hours from the time your order leaves our warehouse until you receive it. If you live in main cities or towns you can expect to receive your order within 24 - 48 hours.

How can I pay for my order?

Orders can be paid for with your Visa or Mastercard debit or credit card, Instant EFT, or Direct EFT transfer (Bank details will be provided by email once you have placed a successful order using the EFT payment method on checkout.

Can I return items?
If your product has been damaged in transit during delivery or is faulty upon opening we will gladly replace the product or pass credit within 7 days of you receiving the product. Due to the intimate nature of our products we are unable to offer refunds except in the above mentioned case. We provide descriptions and pictures of each product to help assist you in deciding on which product to purchase. Please be absolutely certain of your purchase before you order. Please note: We will need to receive the faulty or damaged product first and evaluate if your claim is legitimate before replacing or passing credit on the defective product. We will send our partnered courier company to come collect the item at our expense.
