Once you have found the toy that tickles your fancy, simply click the add to cart button. When you have stocked up and are ready to go, click the checkout button and fill out all your details. Remember, these are details we need for shipping purposes only. Once you have done that and clicked proceed to payment, you will be redirected to your choice of payment method to complete payment. Once payment has been confirmed, your order is complete and we will take care of the rest.

No, you do not need to create an account or register on our site to place an order.

No probs, we got you. Just let us know in the ‘order notes’ box when checking out. We will do our best to follow all instructions.

If the product you have ordered is out of stock, we will email you with a list of alternative product brands and or colours / sizes to choose from. The alternative options will be as close to your original product choice as possible.

If you would prefer to skip the alternative products, we will issue you with a full refund and will notify via email you once the product has been restocked. 

If we do not get a response from your regarding the product that is out of stock within 24hrs, we will send you the closest alternative product instead. 

Your personal details will not be shared or sold to any third parties. This excludes the use of your shipping address and contact details which will be given to the courier company in order to deliver your parcel.

Yes, you can share the love with a gift voucher here. Our gift vouchers are sent electronically to you or the receiver if you choose. 


We offer secure payment via Payfast which offers Mastercard and Visa card payment options (debit, credit, or cheque) as well as Instant EFT and others. You can see more information on Payfast here

Payments may appear as ‘The Blossom’ on your bank statement.

Discretion and privacy are our top priority and we would never put your personal details at risk. The Blossom and our payment providers is SSL-secure meaning we don’t store your card details. All 3rd party payments are handled by a secure, PCI-compliant, South African-based payment gateway.

Delivery & Returns

We offer free delivery on orders over R850. For orders under this amount, the delivery fee is R125. 

Delivery times may vary.

Delivery usually takes between 2 to 5 working days, however, depending on your area and the product you have ordered, the products may take up to 7 working days to be shipped from our warehouse.

We will email you with a tracking code once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.

Please note that some products have a longer lead time. If the lead time of the product is longer than usual, the estimated time frame will be displayed on the individual product page. 

The estimated delivery timeframe depends on the product with the longest lead time within your order. 

We are only human after all. If there is an item missing from your order, please drop us an email at support@theblossom.co.za

And we will arrange for the missing item to be shipped to you as soon as possible.

If your product has been damaged in transit during delivery or is faulty upon opening we will gladly replace the product. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds except in the above-mentioned case. We provide descriptions and pictures of each product to help assist you in deciding on which product to purchase. Please be absolutely certain of your purchase before you order. Please note: We will need to receive the faulty or damaged product first and evaluate if your claim is legitimate before replacing or passing credit on the defective product. We will send our partnered courier company to collect the item at our expense.

WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS. Please be absolutely certain of your purchase before you order. We provide descriptions and pictures of each product to help assist you in deciding on which products to purchase. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges, returns or refunds except in the following cases:

  1. Your product has been damaged in transit during delivery.
  2. Your product is faulty upon opening the package
  3. The wrong product has been sent to you and is still sealed and in it’s original packaging.
  4. The product you purchased is out of stock

If any of the above has happened to you please get in contact with us within 7 days of receiving your order. If a product you ordered is out of stock we will offer you the option of a full refund of that product or store credit to purchase another product. Please note: We will need to receive the faulty, damaged or wrong product first and evaluate if your claim is legitimate before replacing or issuing you with store credit. We will send our courier company to come to collect the item from you at our expense. Some products you receive may vary slightly from the images and/or descriptions and specifications on our website, the products may vary in size, colour and design, only returns for items that do not resemble the images and/or descriptions on our website at all will be considered. Expected delivery time is within 72 hours of placing your order, we do our best to ensure your order is received by you in this time frame however some orders may take longer, we will try and communicate delays in deliveries to you as best as possible.
